How To Apply

1. Shake well
2. Starting with one eye, apply Nelo Cosmetics STICKY EYELINER along your natural lash line, just like a regular eyeliner. Note: When using our CLEAR STICKY EYELINER, if you want to use your regular eyeliner apply it over this product, not under it.
3. Before the liner has a chance to dry on your eyelid, immediately apply your favorite NELO COSMETICS lashes (or any lash on the market) along the STICKY EYELINER line. Gently press the lash band against the eyelid to set the lash strip in place. Repeat on your other eye.

TIPS

1. As needed, clean the felt-tip with a lint-free cloth and/or makeup remover to remove any makeup residue.
2. Nelo Cosmetics STICKY EYELINER is formulated to last all-day
3. Line your lid generously, with as much STICKY EYELINER as needed to create a sufficient base for the width and length of the lash band you will secure to it.
4. Remove it with your favorite oil-based eye makeup remover!
